About Me

Last fall I toured with my buddies, Paradise Fears on the Rise and Fall of my Pants Tour, this semester I'm a biology/pre-med student at the University of South Dakota. I love music, words, pictures, science and my bunny rabbit, Jasper. Follow me on Twitter, I'm much more interesting there. @Jade_VK

Yes, I consider myself to be a Christian. Yes, I believe gay marriage should be legal. And this is the best representation as to how I feel about the whole thing that I’ve heard yet. Please watch.

First of all, I’m in love with John and Hank Green. Second of all, the end of this video talks about bullying, and it’s really endearing and great to hear. I recommend you watch it.

Anonymous asked: Advice on how to get over a breakup when I don't have a dog, but have liver disease (aka no drinking the pain away)

That’s a really tough one because those are pretty much my go-to coping skills. I would say dive into something that will make you feel good about yourself. For me that would be working out, studying, playing piano etc. for those first few torturous days after it happens, I recommend lots or ice cream, crying and/or retail therapy.
